Insurance companies in Malaysia all have an app for you to manage your policies. Of course different companies have different level in their tech and the features of the app varies.
Deal directly with the insurance company
An insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurer. Any questions you have you can contact the hotline of the insurance company.
Look for a new servicing agent
Either from the same company or you want to look at agents from other companies. Some one who you trust is the most important.
